Product Information
Schulte Cutters are legendary throughout the mowing industry for being the toughest and most dependable mowers on the market. Standard features on the Schulte FX-1800 mower include an 80 degree CV shaft allowing for smooth power transmission during tight turns, 6.5” blade overlap and high blade tip speeds and a single domed 7 ga continuously welded deck. This makes the cutter extremely easy to clean, preventing water pooling and rusting helping shed debris as you cut.

Testimonial
MIKE LOOMIS - City of Hazelton (Hazelton, IA) "I use the FLX-1510 with the FX-1800 for mowing water treatment reservoirs, pond ditches and various lots and feilds. I find the entire machine to be stable and that it turns in a short radius and never feels uncomfortable when mowing steep inclines. It has a very smooth operation when moving the Flex Arm in and out. I am very impressed with the cut and distribution of the machine package. The machine is very easy to service, and I especially like the pentagon blade bolt design."
Optional Fixed Knife mulching unit available in 540 or 1000 rpm drive. The Fixed Knife Shredding system equals unsurpassed shredding and spreading of cut material.
Fixed Knife Technology is introduced by fitting two blades, (one above another) on each side of the cutter bar that replaces the jumper pan unit. Stationary fixed knives are then strategically positioned under the deck of the cutter, whereby the two knives pass over and under the fixed knife, slamming the crop residue into the fixed knife. This material is then broken up and distributed evenly across the working width of the machine by making use of baffle plates. The points of each rotating blade split in two and pass by both sides of a fixed blade. The cut plant material or crop residues is then pulled in and carved up.
