Pro Grain Extractor

Product Information

Manufactured in Saskatchewan, the Pro Grain E-1610 Extractor delivers fast, dependable, and efficient grain transfer from your grain bags to your transport truck. These heavy-duty machines are easy to set up, operate, and maintain, and can move approximately 10,500 bushels per hour.

Featuring a 16” main auger and a 9” cross auger, the Pro Grain Extractor is designed to use with 10’ poly grain bags. The extractor pulls the grain in with the cross auger, which feeds the grain into the main auger, and then the bag roller pulls the tractor and extractor into the bag to keep the auger filled – so you can empty bags quickly and keep your trucks moving.

Extra Information

Using 540 direct drive PTO, the Pro Grain Extractor increases harvest efficiency by providing fast, high-volume transfer from your bag to the truck. Easily operated by one person, these machines save on labour and storage costs.

Features:

Bag catches hook onto the bags and continuously roll the bags in
Roller drive system – engage and disengage the roller with spring-loaded switch handles
Adjustable spout helps in windy conditions and allows for an even flow into the trucks
Large knife blade cuts the bag down the middle and then can be flipped into safety area when not in use
Safely operate the extractor from the operator platform, which raises up to view into the grain bag
Flow control operates the speed of the machine being pulled into the grain to keep the auger fed
